SEN (Stanford Entrepreneurship Network)

SEN hosts "Coaches-on-Call" office hours that allow students to meet with industry professionals:

  • See Upcoming Coaches
  • Students select a meeting time from the options presented and submit a short write-up as to why he/she wants to see the coach. The student will email his/her request to Angela Hayward, who will manage the sign-ups and scheduling.

 

SEN also hosts educational and networking events for the entrepreneurship community and an annual Entrepreneurship Week celebration at Stanford University

 

BASES (Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students)

For students who look to gain top-level business advice and experience from industry leaders in the high-tech world, including high-profile CEOs, engineers, and prominent venture capitalists.

  • Freshman BatallionThis is the only way for freshman to become a part of BASES and immersed in the world of entrepreneurship. With your fellow freshman, you will learn about entrepreneurship and business through our startup tour of local companies, exclusive mock start-up competition, and more. Info session at 6:30 PM on Oct 1st at Tressider 2nd Floor.  Applications due by Oct 4th.

SVCC (Stanford Venture Capital Club)

SVCC is a student-run organization that assists venture capital firms in identifying investment opportunities and educates students about the venture capital industry.

STVP (Stanford Technology Ventures Program)

STVP is the entrepreneurship center within the School of Engineering at Stanford University. The program offers courses, conferences, internships, web sites and research activities designed to promote entrepreneurship education. The STVP mission is to build a world-class center dedicated to accelerating high technology entrepreneurship research and education for engineers and scientists worldwide.

Mayfield Fellows Program  is a nine-month work/study program at Stanford University designed to develop a theoretical and practical understanding of the techniques for growing technology companies.

StartX (Stanford Student Startup Accelerator)

Together with its entrepreneurs-in-residence, successful alumni, and expansive mentor network (200+ Silicon Valley leaders), StartX helps the most passionate, talented and innovative Stanford founders develop as entrepreneurs through experiential education. StartX provides these founders with a strong peer community and access to mentors, real-time and individual information, and resources to accelerate the growth of their companies.
