Q. I cannot select anchor on a Myndbit to create a connector.
A. Select an unused anchor. If all the anchors are used, you may move one of the related Myndbits to connect to another anchor and free up an anchor.

Q. I cannot view MyndPage properly in Firefox browser.
A. This problem has been fixed. We now support Firefox browsers along with Chrome & IE.
Tablets & Smart Phones
Q. I cannot edit mind map on my smart phone/tablet.
A. Currently, you can only browse mind maps on smart phones & tablets. Full edit functionality on touch devices will be available soon.

Q. How do I add images and links in my mind maps?
A. The note boxes allow you to input HTML code, so you can add images and web links to you notes.

Printing
Q. How do I print my mind map?
A. There is a print icon next to the page name. Clicking it will take you to a printable mind map. You can then use your browser print function to send it to the printer.
