Parents walk in to sign up students needs information. CM shows the registration forlder that contain the following forms:

• registration forms
• payment authorization forms
• center information
• policy sheet
• classes conducted or special classes ACT etc
• private sessions policy
• CMS overview sheet
• FAQ
• Schedule (calander sheet)
• incoive
• brochures
• business cards

CM should give the correct level of assessment to the new student. By default the level for the student is the grade level they are in. The curriculum binder will help also guide the CM.

Center Manager can use the curriculum binder to decide what level to start the new student. By default it is the same level as their current grade level at school.
If they are in advance class the CM can give next level test
If student is one or 2 grade level behind then do so appropriately.
