Step 2: Set Number of Worksheets (Optional)

The current values for number of worksheets for each student are shown.  If you would like to change worksheets for any one student, enter new value and click "Change".

Step 3: Select & Print Worksheets or One or Two Students

If you need worksheets for one or two students, use the "Auto" or "Manual" option for that student.

"Auto" option will select worksheets based on student's plan and show you the selected worksheet numbers.  If they look right, click submit to create or get the worksheets.

"Manual" option opens the curriculum.  Click the checkbox to select the desired worksheets and then click submit at the bottom of the page.

Step 3 (Alternative) Select & Print for Class

If you need worksheets for all the students in the class, use this option.  CMS will show the selected worksheet numbers for each student in the class.  If the selection looks good, click submit to create or print worksheets.

Step 4. Request Printing

All the worksheets created for the class on one day will be added to the print log for that day.

When you are done with selection, check View Print Log to make sure everything is fine.  Then, click Request Printing link to send an email to Center Manger for getting worksheets from that print log.  If the email goes through, you will also get a copy of the email.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When I try "Auto" print for a student, the system doesn't select any worksheets.  What happened?

A: Perhaps the student finished the curriculum.  Check using "Manual" print option.  If the student completed all the worksheets, how did he/she do on the topic level review tests?  If needed, reprint the review tests manually.    Otherwise, request Center Manager to add the next higher curriculum for the student.

Q.  How can I get more information on CMS?

A: Check out these videos.  If you have any other questions, please email info@AIM4A.com.
