Timetable
get up morning drink 1 liter water walk go stools sukhavirochana
1 hour do exercise, dont drink water
drink water 1 liter, walk and go second stools sukhavirochana, this cleans up blood
shower
breakfast: veg juice + honey + lemon juice to balance electrolites. eat idlies etc only once in a while
lunch: sprouted beans with roots + 7 8 kajur (sprouted beans have harmones filled quality), compulsory green leafy vegitable(1/2 kg atleast)

then drink 1 glass water, every 15 mts drink water for 4 times till 5 PM
5 PM snack battai rasam, coconut juice etc
6 dinner: 2 or 3 pulka, rotte or jonnaroteee, 1/2 kg green koora and less rice. Pacchi koora is good like a salad with lemon juice
salad gives speed result
If at night hungry drink water with lemonjuice and honey
weekly once do upavasam, or once a week rasopavasam
