atleast 50% raw and 50% cooked

breakfast: veg juice: potola sora beera carrot tomato beetroot keera boodidi gummadi
dont put: vankaya cabbage bendi tondakaya

After 45 mts: molakettina vittanalu - pesarlu chanagulu ragulu gopdhuma jonna
dont go for peanuts and coconut if trying to loose weight
If still hungry add fruits: bappaya danimma jama

afternoon: cooked food only once: salt reduce as it creates bloating, less salt reduces wt and less water retension, green leafy veg helps in blood formation,curries cooked, maggiga, curd

evening: juice or fruit: coconut sugarcane narinja battai kamala panasa puccha
1 hour gap then dinner

Dinner: at around 6 PM raw food with only fruits as it helps the gland to function very well. If you cannot then eat cooked food but try to eat fruits panasa, danimma, sapota mango

Iodine
we need only micrograms. iodine exists in all vegitables. Only veg grown on mountains dont have iodine.
Thyroid operation, goiter
if thyroid removed then they need to take medicines compulsory
goiter on thyroid: If checked early then can avoid surgery or operation
Pranayamam and homeomedicnes helps very much for goiter
apply nuvulu or coconut oil and warm compress help reduce the swelling
Doctors will let us know how to reduce if swelling does not go away
