Body needs very little sodium, people are cooking with lot of salt
salt has more sodium
regular food has lot of potassium and less sodium
Cell needs less sodium and more potassium
food digests and goes like sugar in blood and reaches cell. cell needs more of potassim and less of sodium
once in a while if it eat it is okay but we eating everyday
to remove more sodium 50 to 60 percent of its energy and sends most of the sodium it away through urine. If you dont go urine goes through sweat but if we dont sweat in ac rooms, then the sodium remains in the bodys cell membrane. This membrane(semipermiable membrane) is the key to incoming and outgoing substances
what happens with too much sodium
cell needs little sodium for cell membrate if too much sodium it becomes hard and cell life reduces and dies to produce another cell
insulin opens the cell receptors so that food glucose goes into cell (like mouth lips if opens food goes into the stomach).
excess sodium in body will make the cell membrane thick and receptors (doors) will not open and sugar remains in the blood and cell does not produce energy.
Cooking reduces potassium
if you cook potassium reduces drastically raw foods have potassium
if you cook sodium is not lost
example
we do sea shower over the beach and we see it 1 and 2 hours etc and then we feel like going home and taking shower
even outside skin is irritated by salt water
Salt is worse than Karam or pulusu or sugar or masalas
how much ever karam (red or green chillie karam) it effects by hotness in mouth or rectum but does not clog the cell membrane
1:8 sodium potassium balance is not disturbed
pulusu or tamarind if eaten more stomach lining gets effected but sodium sugar if eaten lot then it creates cold, throat infection or kapham but again masala cause nerves effect
ghee clogs in nerves but not all cells
oil also clogs in nerves but does not effect 1:8 of the cell membrane
tobacco effects mouth and lungs
drinking effect only liver and not other cells of the body
If eaten salt it will build up sodium around the cell membrane and effects the 1:8 sodium potassium level and effects all organs of the body
salt is directly realated to sugar diseases
salt is very bad - completely remove from diet
If you eat salt then the sugar level increase in 1 day. You can test it out by doing one day
salt is very bad to the body completely reduce salt
salt is shani, salt is not given by hand or not taken by hand

dont reduce suddenly and try raw food with ruchi substitue salt-lemon, sugar-honey, hot red chillie pd - green chillies etc
