mind and stomach are closely related. if mind is not good stomach does not produce any acid

One of the cause of sugar diseases is manasu or mind 

if we have positive thoughts body produces harmones

if we have negative thoughts, tension, anger the body produces bad harmones

good harmones do good to body. Mind and food and digestion are closley related

if we are happy we want to enjoy we feel like eating food, we think of eating food, so taste buds start to produce saliva and stomach produces acid to digest

if you see amla, lemon etc your mouth produces saliva

stomach produces 3 liter Hydrochloric acid to digest and kill germs and break bonds etc

if you are angry or fight and jump and become extreemly angry then stomach produces 5 liters in 24 hours. 

If you cry and stressed our or tensed then stomach does not produces any acid and tongue becomes dry. Bad harmones are released, heart beat fast. bad harmones are released into blood and reach cells. The cells then cannot function as it is and enery becomes down. Then signal goes to brain and send signal to stomack and does not produce any acid.

 If a person wants to eat in half hour and hears a bad new then digestion stops.

If you forcebly eat if youa re not feeling well (because you had bad loss at work or something) then body stomach has to digest so it does not go into cell but stays in the blood. Then sugar increases  in blood.

To prove it when  you eat without wanting it or stress then sugar is more than usual.

It is good not to eat if you are in tension

we should not have tension in the first place, so bad harmones are not released

If mind is not good or stress out dont eat food as stomach cannot digest

If forcebly eat cells dont function because of bad harmones released (due to stress) and sugar remains in the blood that causes sugar

Husband and wife fight: wife does not want to eat because of strees while husband eats. Is it good. It is good because body does not digest properly when under stress.

  • think and make your mind to think positively
  • circumstances are not same so prepare for any kind of environment
