we are discussing about sugar for adults of type 2 diabetis:
one of the cause of sugar is age
eyes can stop function in 60 or 70 years
nowadays people are getting in few years only
people are getting heartattach and BP cholesterol in 25 years old
why are people getting sugar at the age of 25 or 30
People think that why not eat well when we are young and enjoy with all kinds of food
MSR says enjoy but enjoy such a way that organs also enjoy
For 100 years pancreas has to maintain sugar in blood even if you eat sweets it should control blood sugar not to go 160+
people are eating 5 or 6 times and even at night as restaurants are open at night time to enjoy
yogis live 150 - 200 years without sugar they eat only once a day
Eat less then live more
eat less live more, eat more live less
Yogis eat once a day and live 150-200 years
3 times eating is called rogam
If you dont sweat and work in AC buildings and eat 3 times a day is not good
When people get sugar they cannot eat sweets, if eat lot then sugar increases, cannot eat avakaya pickles etc
Pancreas - insulin
pancreas produces 40 units of insulin. If you eat a lot of variety and more trips lot of sugar in blood and to maintain less than 160+ pancrease produces more insulin and controls the sugar level. When you are young pancrease work fine and controls sugar by producing (about 60-80 units sometimes). Overtime as we age pancrease beta cells give up and stop working
If you have Jilegi contest and eat a lot of jelabis still the blood sugar is balance because of insulin maintainence
what are people doing
When people eat full some food is left over then instead of throwing in trash they want to eat the rest (is stomach a trash?)

eat healthy
