Obesity is a big problem. Two main causes:

  1. Eating habits is the main cause.
  2. Not enough exercise

People are eating less food. reduced quatity.

  • sprouts eat less and dosakaya lot 
  • idli only 2 max 3
  • dosa without oil
  • 2 rotis and little curry cup size
  • fruits small slices apple piece etc
  • dinner: cucumber carrot and drink yogurt
  • dinner some people dine only on yogurt

People are eating less, then body is not getting enough nutrition. Body does not store vitamins. Eating less food deprives the body of nutrition.

May be few months eating less reduces weight for some time then problem starts to come up.

pregnant women dont need to diet.

B vitamin deficiency causes nerves to ache. Body cannot function again

fiber: 30 - 40 grams cleaning intestines and one that cleans blood vessesls

People are eating what they like, or eating less and hurting the body to loose weight. This is not good.
