people eat food so sugar in blood increases and then take tablet to control. This way the sugar will never go away completely.
It is good to eat food without sugar releasing quickly and slowly release sugar in blood and without taking medicines.
After getting up brush teeth drink water (warm water is the best specially if you keep getting cold)
Breakfast:
sprouted beans. People say they have gas but it is not due to sprouts as such but due to not chewing properly not having intestines cleaned with water.
How much water to drink
morning: Adults people liter and 1/2. If you can drink 1 liter at a time, if not drink 1 glass at a time in between 5 - 6 minutes, go to bathroom or excrete, ( to excrete put mind to it and water pressure in full stomach puts pressure in the intestines) Excretion has to be fast. water from stomach goes to blood and cleans toxins in the body.
So drinking water has 2 advantages pushing stools cleaning intestines and cleaning blood
Do 30 minutes exercise in the morning after excretion only. If you do pranayamam or asanam then dont need to do walking exercise. If you cannot then do some work.
Second excretion stools is necessary. If not this stools remain in the intestines till next day and it will smell and rott and produces gas.
Dont drink tea, coffee or green tea etc. There is no advantage of it at all.
drink vegitable juice instead: potla sora beera keera tomato carrot (some) boodida gummadikaya (all veggies 1/2 kg around) Juice has low calories yet more nutrition. pancrease and other organs will get enough nutrients. 5 -6 minutes sip and drink so saliva helps easy digestion. sugar patients use 2 spoons of honey instead of sugar.

others grains use as you need sojjalu, godhuma, jonnalu, ragulu, ulavalu
how to sprout
Morning: In different cups differnt grains soak in water whole day till night.
Night wash and put separate in plate and dry till next morning,
next morning put in box and in 24 hours they root and enzymes produced and easy digested form.
sugar patients eat lot of sprouts as it is full of protein and help pancrease produce insulin.
dont add any kajur for sugar patients
dont cook sprouts, it might be better than idli dosa etc but its nutrients gets reduced.
compared to fresh sprouts cooked sprouts has less nutrients.

if you eat less then not enough nutrients
people who go to work in the morning want to eat cooked lunch and then go to work then eat some snack at work
such people breakfast drink juice after 1 hour 9 0clock they can eat cooked food. then afternoon eat sprouts only no cooked food. eat snack fruits jama rekkayalu.
people taking insulin can eat lunch in morning and go to work.
