polished rice or polished or refined rava has no nutrition and has lot of calories in oil. No bodygives advice to not eat idli to loose weight. they dont realise that it has empty calories with less nutrients

 

oil and ghee

1 kg veggies has 150 calories and kg of oil or ghee has 9000 calories. we are using 50 grams of oil about 2 spoons that has 400 calories

some people say i eat less but still put on weight. If youe at 1 puri and kurma has 400 - 500 calories

sweets with pure ghee also has lot of calories

oil and ghee have no nutrients, contains 100% fat only

5 spoons of oil itself has 500 calories

If you have to use oil use only 1 table spoon only to cook 

 
reduce in veggies: dumpa
  • vegies: dumpa 

chama dumpa, kanda, potato 1 kg has 600 - 800 calories, while 1 kg leafy veggies has 150 calories only

foods are available in 6 forms

  4. ginja or seeds
  5. dumpa
  6. meat

dumpa has the least nutrition and has high calories. Only advantage is they stay for longer before going bad. veggies goes bad quickly.

 

Reduce in fruits: mango, sapota, seethaphal, panasa, banana, kajoor

dont avoid just reduce

sapota has 80 calories (which is 1/2 kg veggies or green leafy vegies)

1 banana has 100 calories

If you want to loose weight eat 4 bananas for dinner that gives 400 calories and good nutrients or 8 or 9 sapota only for dinner. Dont eat cooked food too that day.

reduce nuts: peanuts, seseme seeds, coconut, almonds, cashew, pista

dont omit but reduce, they have good cholesterol, and good nutrition

eat limited amount

1 hand full of peanuts = 1/4 kg meat

 

3 and 1/2 eggs energy = guppadu or handfull peanuts

coconut fresh 1 cup or 1 big piece = 1/2 kg meat

 

ice creams, sugar sweets choclates biscuits

ice creams have 0 nutrition, while guava of same price has nutritions

sugar has absolutely no nutrition, they make sweats that has 0 nutrition

choclates biscuts, bakery items are made with sugar, even if you eat a little have lot of calories and immediate enery.

 

non veggie - meat

1 gram meat has 1 calorie

100 grams meat = 100 calories

1 g seeds or ginjalu = 6 calories + lot of nutrients

100 g ginjalu = 600 calories + lots fo nutrients

raw meat in raw has very low calorie value but while cooking we cook with lot of oil and masalas etc so 1 cup of meat curry has 500 or more calories

 

 

conclusion

eat foods that are good for the body, high nutrition, less calorie content

eat the ones that are goodl, reduce some and eliminate others in the list
