Similary our eating habits too if amout eaten, amount body needs and profit is like we put on weight :)

body needs certain number of calories per day. Men and Women need different amount of calories.

Also we need to take into consideration the activity level of people: if they sit and work vs moderate activity vs high level activity

1 - 3 years old kids  12 kg weight needs  - 1240 calories per day

4 - 6 9 kg - 1690

7 - 12 years -----  27 kg ------ 1950

10 - 12 year boys  35 kg 2190 calories

10 - 12 year girsl 31.5 kg 1970 calories

13 - 15 years boys 48 kg 2450 calories

13 - 15 year girsls 46.5 kgs 2060

sitting or women who supervise at home- 50 kg - 1875 calories 

moderate work not sitting not heavy wash vessls - 50kg -  2225 calories

heavy weight (loading unloading coolies) 50 kgs - 2925 calories

pregnant women 300 - 400 need additional, balintalu needs 550 - 600 calories more

  • coffee or tea with big cups with whole milk - 100 calories
  • breakfast: idli vada combo, upma pesarratu, puri curry, bread omlette (3 idlies chutney vada and small coffee --- 500 calories
  • lunch: (they measure 1 cup per person) 1 cup cooked rice with curry sambar pacchadi yogurt - 700 calories
  • snack: baggi samosa pakodi chat panipuri or cutlet - oil fried foods - 2 samosa and cofee -- 400 calories
  • Dinner: 1 glass rice, fry masala curries biriyani appadalu sweet icecream -- sweets 250 calories itself - Total 800 calories
  • if late night show then again snack

Total: 2400 - 2800 calories.

such women have good habit though of: if they have stress they dont eat and if they fast dont eat, if curry is not good eat only half 

Amount of calories used is 2000

Extra calories is 400 is stored as fat in the body.

conclusion

Nowadays we are eating more than what body needs so it is getting stored as fat and become fat.

So we need to take care of body accounts as well. 

If we eat more one day try to balance out next day.
