If we drink less water urine is thick and yellow and so we have pain while urinating
REMEDY
drink lot of water in a controlled way though
early morning when get up drink water 1 liter
go to bathroom urine stools etc
1 hour no water do yoga and exercise
drink 1 liter water go second time stools etc
keep drinkingn water till half hour of lunch
during lunch no water just enough water to digest only
till 2 hours to digestion drink no water , after 2 or 2 1/2 hours keep drinking water every hour till snack
till 1/2 hour before dinner.
after dinner 2 hours drink only some water. if you drink water and sleep you will get up often to go to bathroom and disrupts sleep
