Let body fight infection first before taking medicines so it builds resistance power

Swadharmam vs Paradharmam: Bhagawad gita says paradharmam is not good.

Let body build its own antibodies that is swadharmam and take medicine if you have tried letting the body build then take.

To build resistance power let body fight the infection by itself first, then if it cannot then use medicines.

 

Fasting and Resting the body is the best way to build resistance

Respect the body first and listen to it: If body is fighting infection then <u>rest</u> and <u>fast</u> so you develop good healing power.

If you take medicines and continue to work then body does not build resistance.

It is as if for small fight using bramastram. Dont take powerful antiniotic for just common cold. 

That way a person can travel to different places and drink and eat and still have resistance power. 

2 - Finish dinner before sunset that is 6 PM

So the body finishes the digestion and then focuses on repair and cleaning.

If person eats at 10 or 11 and sleep then it takes hours to digest during sleep and then we wake up.

Try in 5 or 6 months and see the difference. 

6 bananas has 600 calories eat fruits for dinner that is ood. Dont eat cooked food for dinner. 

 

3 - food that help in building antibodies is Protein (good source is sprouts)

provide body with proteins that help body develop antibodies.

cell take the proteins and convert to antibodies. 

Millitry people gets the nutrition they need so they stay fit, similary we need to give our body proteins and essential fat (found in grains) 

Foods: Sprouted beans is the imprtant main item that contains proteins

100 pesarlu has 25 g protein, but if same 100 pesarlu sprouts has 40-50 g proteins in it, and are in free digested form easily digested form.

Doc recommend good protein food like eggs or meat but sprouts are the best. So eat sprouts every day instead of idli and dosa, so you increase resistance power.

  • germs tend to build in bad environment (example germs go to bad wet conditions then thrive in good environment)
  • Body has the power to fight the germs when infection. 
  • fasting helps body do all pending work and cleans the body so its resistance power increases
When to go to doctor

First give body a chance to develp its antibodies then if does not go away then go to doctor for external tablet help

  • eat lot of fruits and fruit juices that has vit c - antioxidants 
  • eating raw fresh foods help. When person is sick doctors recommend eating fresh fruit or fruit juices 
  • animals are livin in damp with germs and health and some people are drinking mineral water and good enviraoment and becoming sick becasuse their body does not have enough resistance power
