which kind of protein is good: plant based or animal based?

If people use animal products(eggs meat etc) for protein they have side effects. They have purins that is converted to uric acid to uria. The enzyme converts uric acid to uria.

If you eat meat it produces more uric acid. The enzyme reduces after some time so uric acid is left in the blood that cause lot of side effects

drink lot of water that helps uric acid converted to uria to go out

fasting: 2 or 3 days do fasting uric acid reduces very rapidly swelling reduces If you are not eating food body converts uric acid and lets out of the body. First day honey eat second day drink fruit juice: coconut juice etc third day eat fruits

eat sprouted grains for protein (avoid meat for protein)
