which kind of protein is good: plant based or animal based?
If people use animal products(eggs meat etc) for protein they have side effects. They have purins that is converted to uric acid to uria. The enzyme converts uric acid to uria.
If you eat meat it produces more uric acid. The enzyme reduces after some time so uric acid is left in the blood that cause lot of side effects
If you eat plant based proteins then uric acid is not deposited

if you go to doctor with gout problem the doc first ask if you eat protein from animal based (egg, meat. milk etc)

eat sprouted grains for protein (avoid meat for protein)
dont eat meat products for protein
