Masala Dosa
Dosa Ingredients
1 urad dal + 2 rice + 1 tbsp methi seeds wash and soak overnight. Next day take 1 cup poha wash and keep aside. Grind urad dal to soft paste adding the soaked water little by little. Grind rice or use rice flour. Grind with methi seeds and poha. Ferment till the dove rises and make dosas.
Making dosas:
warm Tawa so dove spreads evenly without sticking. Increase heat and add oil and flip. Cook only one side and make a round or cone dosa or masala dosa or onion dosa! Add butter instead of oil for good taste
Aloo curry or aloo bhaji
1) take 2 big potatoes, peal skin and wash and cut into small cubes and pour 1 cup water only and cook in pressure cooker under high flame for 3 whistles 2) take a pan and heat 2 spoons oil + mustard seeds + gira + ingu + curry leaves + green chillies 1 slit into half + 2 onions small cut + fry + turmeric + salt + cook until onions are soft not brown + water from cooked potatoes + potatoes and mix well and add kotmira for garnish!
Coconut chutney:
1 cup freezer coconut grind with warm water to smooth paste. 1 cup putnalu + 1 green chilly + salt + talpu(oil urad methi seeds gira mustard Ingu curry leaves)
Delicious Dosa
Once I made Dosa with these measurement and it tasted just great 1 urad dal + 1 tsp methi seeds wash 3-4 times and soak overnight. Next day take 1 cup or fist full poha wash and soak in water, keep aside for 4-6 hours. Grind in ultra pride grinder urad dal to soft paste adding the soaked water little by little add poha along. Use rice flour 2 cup full. Pour rice flour till full or make a cone full on top. Add 3 tsp salt and grind. Ferment till the dove rises abut a day or and make dosas.
