Get really nervous. Forget what I learned.

Use deep breathing to calm yourself down.  Positive affirmation.  Compare with the tests in which you did well and adopt the same techniques.

Problem - Distractions

Too much movement with people and objects. Noises.

Get small ear plugs to block out noises. Keep your eyes on the test paper.  Ask the instructor to keep the unwanted noise low.
